Salinas Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing was founded in 2020 by a team of concrete flooring professionals who had spent years working on residential and commercial projects across the Monterey County region. They kept running into the same problem: homeowners and business owners were getting poor results because contractors skipped the prep work and used products that were not suited to Salinas conditions.
Salinas is not a typical California city. The marine fog that rolls in off Monterey Bay keeps humidity elevated year-round. The clay soils under the valley floor shift with every wet and dry season. And a large share of the housing stock was built between the 1950s and 1980s, which means older slabs that need more careful preparation than newer construction. Getting those details right is what we have built our reputation on.
